There will be no gymnastics classes on the October Bank Holiday weekend (Sat 29th – Mon 31st Oct inclusive). Classes will resume on Sat 5th November 2016.

Waiting List to Re-Open – 5th September
For all those who have been waiting patiently, we are happy to announce that we will re-open our waiting list on Monday 5th September 2016 at 9.00am.
From 9am on the 5th Sept, we will provide an online form to be filled out on our website in order to register new names for the waiting list.
Please note that currently we do not run classes for children under the age of 4, however, you may place younger children’s names on the waiting list and they will be offered the next available space after they turn 4.

Adult Gymnastics Class
Hi Everyone,
Adult Gymnastics resumes tonight in Ballymount and will run throughout the summer.
Classes will be instructor led and will include the following:
– Warm up
– Stretching
– Conditioning (core & legs)
– Floor Work and one other apparatus
– Cool Down
Time:
8.15pm – 9.45pm
Payment options:
Pay as you go – 1 class: €10
Pre-pay 5 classes: €40

Open Summer Recreational Classes
***UPDATE – ALL CLASSES ARE NOW FULL***
This summer we are delighted to announce that we will continue with a number of recreational classes in our Ballymount facility running for 7 weeks from Monday July 11th. These places are limited and will be available on a first come first served basis. The classes will be grouped by age and are open to any gymnast who is currently a member of our Saturday recreational programme.
Classes will run at the following times:
Monday:
6pm – 7pm (FULL – No Availability)
Wednesday:
6pm – 7pm (FULL – No Availability)
7pm – 8pm (FULL – No Availability)
Price will be €60 for 7 weeks starting the week of Monday July 11th and ending the week of Monday Aug 29th (there will be no class on the week of the August Bank Holiday). We may add on a “pay as you go” option should all the places not be filled.

Due to the gym being closed this coming Monday for the bank holiday, classes that would have taken place on Monday (6th June) will now be re-scheduled as follows:

Level 1 Team & All Around Competition
CONGRATULATIONS to our 9 little star squad gymnasts who competed last weekend at the Level 1 National and Regional Team and All Around competition in Limerick University.
This was their first external competition and they did fantastic. The girls worked so hard in the run up to the competition and on the day they performed some really beautiful routines. We are all extremely proud of them.
