Tuesday Classes (4th July – 22nd August 2017)
3:00 – 4:00pm
4:00 – 5:00pm
5:00 – 6:00pm
6.30 – 7:30pm
Payment Options: €65 for 8 weeks prepaid
€10 per class
Teen Gym (4th July – 22nd August 2017)
Tuesday 7:30 – 9:00pm (13-17 yrs)
Payment Options: €75 for 8 weeks prepaid
€12 per class
Summer registration fee of €10 for Summer Classes for Non-Members

Handstand then Forward Roll to stand OR Handstand Forward Roll to stand Star Jump OR Full Turn Jump
Forward Roll to pike site
Chest on legs (2 secs)
Seated Balance Tuck – Hold (2 secs) Lie back
Dish Rocks x 3 Tuck position to Roll over onto knees
Arm swish Lift chest up Slide into splits
Return to stand by move of choice
Moves of Choice (1 or 2)
Finish Pose
