Happy New Year everyone

Classes resume this Saturday 7th January 2017.

As advised before Christmas, all existing gymnasts must re-enrol this Saturday in order to keep their place as there is high demand for entry into the club.  Thank you.

 Date:   SAT 10th DECEMBER 2016

Please note that competition time differs slightly from normal class time.  Please see table below:

10.00am – 11.00am 9.30 am– 11.00am
11.00am – 12.00pm 11.00am -12.15pm
12.00pm – 1.00pm 12.15pm – 1.30pm
1.00pm  – 2.00pm 1.30pm – 2.45pm
2.00pm  – 3.00pm & 3.00pm – 4.00pm 3.00pm – 4.30pm

Gymnasts will perform a short routine on floor and either vault or tumble track.  Girls should wear a leotard and boys should wear a leotard or t-shirt and shorts.  Long hair should be tied up and jewellery should not be worn.  Coaches will assist the gymnasts during the competition so your child has no need to feel worried or nervous.

We wish all gymnasts best of luck in the competition

Club moves to New Premises

From Monday 7th November 2016, our mid-week and advanced classes will move to our new premises in Cookstown Industrial Estate.    .

Excitement is high as many months of hard work has been spent getting the gym ready for classes.  Huge thank you to everyone involved.

No Classes October Bank Hol

There will be no gymnastics classes on the October Bank Holiday weekend (Sat 29th – Mon 31st Oct inclusive).  Classes will resume on Sat 5th November 2016.

Waiting List Registration


SORRY!!! Due to an unforeseen number of applications we have had to close the waiting list again.  Apologies for any disappointment.



Waiting List to Re-Open – 5th September

waitinglistFor all those who have been waiting patiently, we are happy to announce that we will re-open our waiting list on Monday 5th September 2016 at 9.00am.

From 9am on the 5th Sept, we will provide an online form to be filled out on our website in order to register new names for the waiting list.

Please note that currently we do not run classes for children under the age of 4, however, you may place younger children’s names on the waiting list and they will be offered the next available space after they turn 4.

Adult Gymnastics Class

Adult Gymnastics

Hi Everyone,

Adult Gymnastics resumes tonight in Ballymount and will run throughout the summer.

Classes will be instructor led and will include the following:
– Warm up
– Stretching
– Conditioning (core & legs)
– Floor Work and one other apparatus
– Cool Down

8.15pm – 9.45pm

Payment options:
Pay as you go – 1 class: €10
Pre-pay 5 classes: €40
