Forward Roll to pike site
Chest on legs (2 secs)
Seated Balance Tuck – Hold (2 secs) Lie back
Dish Rocks x 3 Tuck position to Roll over onto knees
Arm swish Lift chest up Slide into splits
Return to stand by move of choice
Moves of Choice (1 or 2)
Finish Pose

Dive roll
Handspring Prep
BAR
Travel across bar to centre (straight or tuck shape)
Jump up to bar / Upward Hip Circle
Cast x 3 Back Hip Circle (optional)
Roll down to tuck hang hold
