Waiting List to Re-open 25/01/16

Term 2
Hi all,
Registration and the first class of Term 2 for recreational gymnasts will take place on Sat 9th January 2016. Fees for Saturday classes will be €75 and are due on the first day back. As we have a large waiting list, any spaces that are not secured by existing members on 9th Jan will be offered up to the next child on the list.
We look forward to seeing you all there.

30th Birthday – Show Details!!
We are so excited for our big display this coming Friday 11th December at the National Basketball Arena.
A few details to note as follows:
5.30pm – Arrival of Intermediate/Advanced Gymnasts
6.30pm – Arrival of all Saturday Class Gymnasts
7.00pm – Doors Open for Spectators
7.30pm – Show Starts
Saturday Class Gymnasts Attire:
Girls – leotard and shorts (optional)
Boys – navy/black shorts and t-shirt
Intermediate/Advanced Gymnasts Attire:
Girls – club leotard
Boys – club leotard and shorts
Friday will mark the end of term for all Saturday Class gymnasts. There will be no classes on 12th December. Saturday classes will recommence on Sat 9th January 2016.
Intermediate/Advanced classes will take place on Mon 14th, Tues 15th, Wed 16th as normal. Thurs 17th Dec will be the final class before Christmas for all advanced/intermediate gymnasts. Advanced classes will recommence on Monday 4th January 2016.
Dress Rehearsal Times – 30 Year display
Hi Everyone,
Please take note of the following times for dress rehearsals for all recreational gymnasts who are taking part in our big 30th Birthday display. It is VITAL that gymnasts attend BOTH of these sessions (along with their normal class on Sat 28th Nov) in order to prepare.
- Sunday 29th November – 11am to 1pm
- Saturday 5th December – 11am to 1pm
Please also note:
Any child who is NOT taking part in the display will have their gym class on Sat 5th December from 1.30pm to 2.30pm
Level 2-5 Apparatus Competition
CONGRATULATIONS to all the OLD BAWN GYMNASTS who competed this weekend at the Level 2-5 National and Regional Apparatus competition in Limerick. Cassie, Emma, Megan, Isabelle, Deirdre, Aibhe, Niamh, Anna, Rebecca, Hannah, Ellen W, Saoirse, Aoibhín, Emily M, Leah, Kerry, Ellen, Emily F and Kayleigh. We had a great competition and are very proud of all the gymnasts and their wonderful performances.

Waiting List Closed
Unfortunately due to the very large number of requests to join our waiting list we are in a position where we have to close our list for a while. Currently the demand for entry into the club far exceeds the number of places we can offer under the present class structure. We are not in a position at the moment to increase our number of classes and therefore we see no option but to close the waiting list until such a time as we can offer more classes and reduce the waiting time for children on the list. We do apologise to anyone who hoped to join the list.
