New members welcome

This routine may have slight modifications to suit your gymnasts and should be used as a guide. Coaches will be beside your gymnasts on the day of competition to assist if needed

• Salute
• Chassee x 2 or Skipping steps
• Straight jump, star jump, tuck jump
• forward roll to stand up
• forward roll to straddle sit
• Chest on floor – straight legs
• Join legs and lift to shoulder stand hold 3 sec and then stand up or rock and roll to stand
• Turn on toes
• Cartwheel x 2 ( optional one handed cartwheel)
• Handstand (bunny hop, half handstand or full handstand options)
• Backward roll to straddle stand
• Splits (any one)
• 1 or 2 Moves of choice
• Finishing position
• Salute

All members must pay registration and insurance fee as we are affiliated with Gymnastics Ireland, the national governing body for gymnastics in Ireland. This annual registration & insurance fee is €72.00 (September 2025 – August 2026)
